I. Preheating of the hydraulic device, when the hydraulic oil temperature is low, if the rapid operation will cause damage to the hydraulic device.

1. The small excavator engine runs at medium speed, operates the bucket and preheat;

2. Lift up the machine to rotate the track, and preheat the left and right walking motors respectively;

3. Then, raise the engine speed to the maximum, so that the bucket and bucket bar work continuously for 5 minutes;

At the same time, the preheating operation should pay full attention to the safety of the surrounding environment, when the temperature is low, the people's reaction will be relatively slow, to prevent the people and things around in the preheating.

II, preheating of small excavator engine, the first step on the car, should start the engine and run at low speed for 5 minutes. At the same time, the following checks should be performed during the preheating process of the small excavator engine:

1. Whether the oil warning lamp is out;

2. Whether the oil leaks or water;

3. Whether the sound and exhaust color of the engine are normal;

4. Whether the charging indicator light is off;

5. Whether all parts of the machine are abnormal.

III, small excavator, if idle in winter, should be properly kept and maintained. Only the best efficiency can be used again. The specific maintenance measures are as follows:

1. Clean the soil on the surface of the small excavator and check for loose fasteners.

2. Check whether the antifreeze liquid level and the oil oil level are normal, check whether the oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel oil.

3. If the weather is particularly cold and the small excavator is down for a long time, please clean the coolant of the engine. At the same time, in order to prevent the battery from feeding, the battery must be removed and placed in a warm place for storage.

4. Start the engine once after a while. If the antifreeze level and oil level are below the normal oil level, please add it to the normal level before starting. In cold weather, put the key in the warm-up position until the pre-up light is on (repeat preheating for many times), and then start the engine. After idling for 5-10 minutes, operate each cylinder for 5-10 times, each time, 5-10MM less than the maximum stroke. Finally, the engine makes the highest number of fast operation of each cylinder action 5-10 times, at the same time, the operation of left and right rotation and before and after walk 3 times. Run normally until the system temperature rises to 5080 degrees. Stop the engine after continuing all working units for 5-10 minutes.

5. Diesel to replace for-10 to 30 model, it depends on the region, the more north of the region will add-more diesel, in addition to replace the diesel filter, oil to replace the local applicable thickening oil, oil filter also replacement, hydraulic system has oil leakage place to timely replacement, conditional tank to do thermal insulation.

6. The heat dissipation system should carefully check whether the hose is aging and broken. If there is any problem, replace it in time because these places are easier to have problems in winter. If hot water, the tank is best to heat water every day so as to better start the engine, but be careful not to release the water. Antifreeze is not recommended because it is less likely to start the engine in particularly cold areas.
